About the presenter
Daniel Griffith, JD is a partner with the law firm of Whiteford Taylor & Preston. He is the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Delaware office and the head of the firm’s Tort and Insurance Litigation Section. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and numerous other state and federal courts. He has been recognized as an expert in civil litigation, one of America's Leading Lawyers and as a Super Lawyer in Delaware. Mr. Griffith has been defending correctional healthcare cases since 2008 and is a frequent author and presenter on correctional health care litigation. He graduated from Rutgers College in 1987 and Rutgers School of law in 1990.
